Lace Market Theatre Open Evening

A chance to explore behind the scenes at the Lace Market Theatre, one of the UK's oldest and busiest amateur theatres. This Open Evening is aimed at anyone interested in getting involved with the theatre. We are looking for actors, directors, stage managers, assistant stage managers, set design and build, costume, sound and lighting and all front of house roles. No experience necessary. The theatre produces 14 plays every year and also runs a youth group for 11-18 year olds. Visitors to the event will be able to watch a mini-documentary to see what goes on behind the scenes at LMT, ask questions to current members and enjoy a guided tour of the theatre.
