On and Off is taken from the band's latest album Serious Business. The video was filmed at Mapperley Plains Social Club by Andy Gibson.
The six-track On and Off EP teams-up the album track with Capable Man (taken from their recent split single with Part Chimp), a couple of Roky Erickson covers, a Black Flag cover, and a remix of Sausage by Dusty Bible under the guise of Normal Tea.
