All this talk of sustainability stuff got us lot over at the ‘Lion scratches our bonces wondering if there was summat we could do to help. Behold, the first LeftLion Clothes Swap.

Grab your once cherished clobber and bring it down to Design Junction in Sneinton Market to trade it in for summat more swish.

All money raised will be donated to Sharewear Clothing Scheme, the local organisation providing emergency clothes, shoes, and bedding to people in Notts and beyond.

Last month, Sharewear ran their #Manuary scheme to raise more donations of men's clothing and shoes. They're still in need, so bring some extra menswear on the day if you can, and be sure to buy one of their "nothing to wear" t-shirts to support the amazing work they do.

We have a favour to ask

LeftLion is Nottingham’s meeting point for information about what’s going on in our city, from the established organisations to the grassroots. We want to keep what we do free to all to access, but increasingly we are relying on revenue from our readers to continue. Can you spare a few quid each month to support us?
