Nottingham’s Blue Barrel Cider Company teams up with prominent Local Artists

Blue Barrel Cider is a social enterprise of Summerwood Community garden and was set up to raise funds to support the garden. The multi award-winning enterprise and now sells cider across the county.

Summerwood Community Garden, was previously 100% reliant on grant funding, but now receives 40% of its revenue from cider sales. The money raised supports mental health and social isolation groups, youth and family sessions as well as workshops and events for the community.

The Blue Barrel Art series will feature will be displayed at Sherwood Art week in The Pudding Pantry window in Sherwood from Friday June 21st.
