CEO of Confetti Craig Chettle commented, “Each year, the Degree Showcase is the highlight of the Confetti calendar for our degree students. This year has been no exception, as it’s provided a great opportunity for the students to showcase their work to friends, family and industry before they graduate and go onto a bright future.”

This is England Director Shane Meadows was also in attendance to present the Film Production award, which was awarded to Film Production Technology student Albert Donkor.

Meadows said in his speech that if there’d been such an institution as Confetti when he was studying, it “would have been a dream.” He went on to say that the opportunity Confetti gives to students, allowing them “a level playing field in the industry” is something really special.
