After many months of working from home, you might breathe a sigh of relief when you hear that Antenna are reopening their doors to welcome members (and newbies) back to their state-of-the-art co-working spaces.

Working from home during the pandemic has left a lot of us feeling isolated and uninspired – almost half of freelancers have previously cited loneliness as a major drawback of working remotely. This is where co-working spaces come in. Made up of a number of what are sometimes referred to as ‘hot desks’ - they’re basically an office for hire that you can drop in and use at your leisure, without the commitment and overhead costs that come with renting your own space.

During the pandemic, Antenna have been working hard on a redesign and refresh, so you’ll find a shiny suite of newly decorated and furnished spaces to help you find your flow. In the refurbished meeting rooms you’ll now find Owl Labs 360° cameras, SMART kapps boards and all the bells and whistles you need to make you feel like you’re working out of a high grade Silicon Valley-esque tech utopia, rather than your bedroom.

Speaking of new, managing memberships, listing events and connecting with a community online has become hassle free thanks to OfficeRND, and OnTapp is on hand to make ordering top notch food and drink a breeze.

Business Development and Events Manager for Antenna, Tonia Brundell, is excited to be reopening their doors: “We’re pleased to welcome members old and new back to Antenna to collaborate together – it’s a really exciting time to be at our co-working spaces, with many businesses gravitating towards communal working after periods of being at home throughout the past year.”

Feeling a bit nervous about the prospect of sharing space with other humanoids, potentially for the first time in over a year? Worry not - hand sanitiser stations, one-way systems, socially distanced tables in communal spaces, and reduced capacities within meeting rooms make sure it’s all covid-safe and good to go.

A city centre gem - handily located opposite Metronome on Beck Street and part of the thriving educational hub that makes up Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies - you’ll be in the heart of the action. And the best part? Co-working space doesn’t have to cost the Earth; with prices at Antenna starting from just £8.95 pcm they’re accessibly priced for even the most fledgling of business startups.
