From the realistic to the bizarre, here's what's on in March...
Cocaine Bear
The title really leaves no room for ambiguity with the movie Cocaine Bear which seems to capture the story in two words. Set in the 80s, this comedic thriller explores a series of rather concerning events including a black bear and some missing cocaine (you can guess the rest). Inspired by true events, the movie captures the perfect mixture of gore, laughs and utter outrageousness. The audience rating of 75% seems to agree with the critics' generous 70% rating, but I’m sure you’ll have to find out for yourself if you can guess it correctly.
Cocaine Bear is showing at Broadway, Savoy Cinemas, Cineworld, Showcase Cinema de Lux and The ARC cinema from Friday 24 February.
