Get ready for an epic night of music at Wollaton Hall on Friday 30 August, as "Live at the Hall" brings together an all-star lineup featuring Razorlight, Feeder, The Pigeon Detectives, The Sherlocks and more...
Razorlight, the headlining act are known for hits like America and In The Morning. Lead by singer and guitarist Johnny Borrell, the current line-up of the band is composed of founding members Björn Ågren on guitar and bassist Carl Delemo, as well as drummer Andy Burrows. They plan to deliver a high-energy performance that is sure to captivate the audience with their infectious melodies and dynamic stage presence.
Joining them are Feeder, known for their hits like Buck Rogers and Just a Day. This is a band who have spent a combined total of 184 weeks on the singles and albums charts as of 2019. At the peak of their commercial success, Feeder won two Kerrang! Awards in 2001 and 2003 and were inducted into their Hall of Fame in August 2019.
The Pigeon Detectives are an English indie rock band from Leeds, who formed in 2004. To date they have released six albums and performed at the Reading and Leeds Festivals in 2006, 2011 and 2017.
The Sherlocks are an indie rock band from South Yorkshire. The band consists of brothers, Kiaran and Brandon Crook along with Alex Procter and Trent Jackson. They will be bringing their indie-rock sounds to the stage, promising an evening of non-stop entertainment and excitement.
There’s also a second stage, hosted by BBC Introducing, showcasing upcoming talent from across the East Midlands. Featuring on there will be:
- Catmilk (a Nottingham-based folk four-piece brooding folk with a hit of 90s grunge)
- Jemma Johnson (a rising singer-songwriter from Derby)
- Louis Croft (Notts based singer-songwriter taking influences from Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Simon and Garfunkel, Jake Bugg and The Beatles)
- The Public Eye (a four-piece indie rock band formed in Derby)
- The Publics (powerhouse indie rock band from Mansfield)
Live at the Hall is set to be an astounding occasion that can be enjoyed with family and friends. With Wollaton Hall as the backdrop, attendees can expect a magical evening under the stars, filled with pulsating rhythms and unforgettable melodies.
