A highlight of the local independent and craft beer calendar, NCBF has established itself as one of the must visit beer festivals in the UK. Sneinton Market Avenues provides a unique atmosphere with beer stalls taking over the avenues lined by independent small businesses. NCBF is the only beer festival in the country, and probably the whole world, that takes place with a record shop, curiosity shop and art gallery on site.

The festivals focus us on fine independent craft beer produced both locally, nationally and beyond. With 40+ drinks stalls in attendance, there will be more choice than ever. Attendees will be able to choose from over 350 different beers to try, alongside cider, gin, cocktails and natural wine.

This year’s musical entertainment is being curated by The Grove, a new music venue, so not only do we have more live acts on the main stage, but we will also see live performances happening in the Grove itself during each session. Eighteen local acts have been confirmed to play.

Festival Organiser Al Gilby said “One of the great things about NCBF is that as Sneinton Market changes and new businesses join the site it always feels different. This year we welcome The Grove and Working Man’s Kitchen, a combination of pizza and live music that’s easy to get on board with. The brewery lineup is exceptionally high quality and varied, it’s also great to have locals Lincoln Green, Blue Monkey and Kraft Werks make their first appearances. We can’t wait to get the gates open and beer pouring.”

This year’s festival is sponsored by BaartHaas X (brewery suppliers), Gigantic (ticketing), LeftLion (media) and NFU mutual (insurance).  Street food will be on offer from a range of food trucks, curated by the site residents Bustler Market. Live music and DJs will also feature at each session of the festival.
