One Bomb
How would you describe your music to those unfamiliar with it?
Bass heavy party beats, mixed with melodic, electronic grooves. Basically, loads of big synths and big vocal hooks to make you dance.
How did you guys get together?
Speed dating.
What have your past experiences with the Hustle been like?
It’s always great when a city puts on a huge charity event to showcase local talent. There is so much amazing, varied music in Notts that its always bound to be a good one.
What can the Broadway crowd expect from your performance?
We’ll be absolutely going for it. Expect to hear our usual blend of energetic dancefloor music, peppered with the vocal talents of our team. Also, our percussionist has some serious dancemoves to share, but not before the watershed. Good job we are on at twelve!
Who else are you looking forward to seeing on the day?
Really looking forward to seeing Beth Frisby’s solo set, and also Harleighblu. There is so much good music, we’ll probably just be wandering around hoping to find something we’ve never heard before.
Who are your biggest musical influences?
Status Quo, Van Halen, Val Young and Susan Boyle
How can people find out more about you?
Facebook, Youtube, Soundcloud, Twitter, Instagram, PodOmatic and Bandcamp.
Any last words for LeftLion?

We have a favour to ask
LeftLion is Nottingham’s meeting point for information about what’s going on in our city, from the established organisations to the grassroots. We want to keep what we do free to all to access, but increasingly we are relying on revenue from our readers to continue. Can you spare a few quid each month to support us?
