Since starting out in Mansfield in 1992 they have grown to become a leading club brand their unique style of progressive and funky house

In search of some tasty house I headed down to
Nottingham's popular underground club the bomb, for an evening of stylish house action, with well known club night Renaissance.

Inside the intimate sprawl of cunningly lit rooms and caves it was time for our feet to be taken over by the feverishly fresh and frisky house on offer in the main room. Not to be outdone in the middle room they were dishing up an eclectic bag of `pic n mix' sounds from big beat bangers to Kylie classics. It certainly kept us entertained while we chilled out on the beanbags. Upstairs it was a deeper feel, which suited the schmooth lounge style of the fuse bar.

Since starting out in Mansfield in 1992 Renaissance have grown to become a leading club brand and regularly pack out venues round the UK and across the world with their unique blend of stylish house. It's all done from Nottingham as well, they have their offices on Regents street, so a big thumbs up to them.

We had a great night all in! The Bomb is a friendly venue with no dress code, and coupled with the crowd Renaissance nights pull and some cracking tunes I would recommend it to anyone who likes a bit of house.
