Voting took place across Nottingham on Thursday 5 May. The election placings have been confirmed as...

1. Paddy Tipping (Labour) WINNER 
80,926 votes (89,749 at 2nd stage)

2. Tony Harper (Conservative)
- 48,155 votes (56,105 votes at 2nd stage)

3. Fran Loi (UKIP)
- 20,030 votes

4. Tony Bates (Independent)
- 14,579 votes

5. Jason Zadrozny (Independent)
- 7,164 votes

As none of the candidates received 50% of the overall first preference vote, it went to a second count between Paddy Tipping and Tony Harper. In that count Tipping had enough to secure his re-election.

Nottingham 20.93%
Bassetlaw 19.32%
Ashfield – 21.48%
Gedling – 22.76%
Broxtowe – 23.76%
Rushcliffe – 27.47%
Newark & Sherwood – 21.57%
Overall – 21.8%
Total votes: 173,918
