The Willowbrook
The Willowbrook is one of Castle Rock’s youngest pubs, acquired in 2013, and holds a fine reputation in the heart of the Gedling community. The spacious and contemporary pub welcomes you into the main bar, with a line of ten real ales, an excellent range of premium lager, three real ciders, wines and spirits, and a growing selection of world beer. For those who like to dabble in craft, every day the Willowbrook offer £1 off a selected bottle or can. In cask, two Castle Rock beers are always available alongside a range of changing guest ales.
While the front of the Willowbrook evokes the atmosphere of a modern pub – complete with brewing process mural – the rear houses a dining area adorned with art deco artwork, leading to a surprisingly large walled beer garden; a suntrap during the summer months. A function room is also available for hire, or for larger dining parties.
Food has always been at the forefront of the Willowbrook’s reputation, with dishes like spinach and ricotta pancakes, Brussels pâté and Normandy pork gracing the specials board. Themed food nights are often held, and regular events and offers allow you to enjoy the chef’s delicious food for less.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Willowbrook.
