Sneinton Market spawned many businesses for the people of Nottingham, and some families ended up running their own market stalls. Stallholders were often larger-than-life characters, valuing their family heritage and passing on their trade to their children. Steve Coxon comes from a line of barrow boys and carries on the disappearing tradition of the general dealer with a second-hand shop in Victoria Road, Netherfield.
