Kitchen Dancing - Ultimate 60s, 70s & 80s

Vibrant music from the golden decades of the 60s, 70s and 80s with energising but low impact dance-based fitness routines, disco setting, fun and social! All levels welcome, no previous dance experience required. Add a splash of neon to your usual workout wear and have fun getting fit!

Every Wednesday at Beeston Youth and Community Centre, West End, Beeston, NOTTS, NG9 1GL from 9.45-10.30am. £6 per class or £5.00 with monthly class pass. Free car parking available.
