Plenty of films play on the dividing line between fact and fiction, reality and rumours, but Juliet Bashore’s pioneering queer docufiction applied a particularly raw, DIY vision to the form. The film, starring Tigr and real-life porn star girlfriend Sharon Mitchell, was shot in and celebrates the heady days of the San Francisco underground in the 1980s.
Presented with new film club Squalid Overboogie, who will introduce the film.
Tickets are 3-for-2 when booking with Midnight Cowboy on Sun 17 Sep and Variety on Tue 26 Sep.
