Join the first 2024 Meanderers Walkshop; a fun, curated day of walking, eating and making together. A wholesome day of art activity, tasty food and learning about plants with lovely people- sounds like your perfect Sunday? We will begin the session at The Carousel, with a workshop on book binding, where you will create your own custom notebook from scratch, led by artist and facilitator Amelia Daiz. After the workshop a lunch will be provided of delicious wild food tarts, so that you can experience the flavours you will find later! We will then go for a local walk led by the expertise of Forager Dan, who will educate you on common edible plants and the folklore, stories and poetry that accompany these species. You will be able to bring your new books with you to make notes and sketch the plants you find! All the food will be vegan as standard, for gluten free options and other allergy information please email ahead. We really look forward to welcoming you to this magical Walkshop. Please contact for further allergy information or any questions- amelia.daiz@outlook.com.
