Get a Wiggle On - Mama's Dance Class

Calling all mamas!! We are holding a series of FREE dance classes for mothers hosted by musical theatre performer and new mama @molly_may_hypno - For mums and mum’s with lil’ babies aged 0-1.

The sessions will cover a variety of different dance styles and genres and will focus on a somatic approach to dancing. We will tune into our mind and body and shake the stress away - let’s get those feel-good chemicals pumping!

You can bring your baby, or you can just bring yourself, let your hair loose and cut some shapes. You don’t need to have prior dance experience, just come along and groove with us!

There will be plenty of opportunity to strut your stuff at our themed socials and final celebration event!
