Price Free
Times 19:00 - 21:00

A storytelling of four folktales and six classic poems, hosted by Dan Stock.

Some of these stories go very deep, some chart spiritual journeys, but all delight: an eight-year-old prince loses his golden ball; a princess besmirches her face while another takes evasive action to save her brothers, and what of the boy who went forth to learn what fear was? Star-studded with classic poems from Emily Dickinson, D. H. Lawrence and more, all exploring the magic of animals, this evening aims to nurture and nourish and feed you with vegan chocolate cake. Bar open.

This is an event to raise funds for the World Land Trust who do incredible work around the planet saving, restoring and connecting forests, ensuring the survival of countless species. At the last count: the protection of over 12,936 species; the planting of 2,748,372 trees; the protection of 2,835,984 acres (and the co-funding of over 3 million more). See their website worldlandtrust.org to find out more about all they do.
