With his film Purpose, director Martin Oetting asks the central question of our time: What is the purpose of our economies, and how can we change it? The documentary chronicles the work that Katherine Trebeck and Lorenzo Fioramonti have been doing to introduce "Wellbeing Economics" into politics: their ambitious political projects aim to create a real alternative to the destructive logic of our current economic model. "System Change Not Climate Change" is one of the key demands of the climate movement.
