Care Squares Exhibition

Join us to celebrate the art of knitting, crochet, and the amazing generosity and efforts of crafters from across the county!

See the vibrant display of colourful blankets and beautifully knitted and crocheted squares at Mansfield Central Library, which were created for this year’s Inspire Care Squares Knitting Challenge. This heartwarming project has been supported by Inspire: Culture, Learning and Libraries, Your Health Notts, Newark and Sherwood District Council, Dementia Action Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, and Creative Lives. These organisations have supported crafters to make knitted and crocheted squares into homely warm blankets that will go on to be donated to people in care and hospital settings this Autumn.
