Join poet Ahmad Zaidan from the Migration Institute of Finland for this participatory poetry walk, in which Ahmed will lead the group through creative writing activities during their walk through the city. The walk starts at the Sky Mirror outside Nottingham Playhouse and ends at Nottingham Central Library for an Open Mic event where participants and anyone else attending will have the chance to perform, or simply to listen and support.

  • Hosted by: Nottingham Playhouse
  • Notes: Suitable for ages 12 and above.
  • Cost: Tickets booked through Nottingham Playhouse, with an optional donation. All proceeds will fund further programmes for refugees as part of the Playhouse’s work as a Theatre of Sanctuary.
