1525: Food for Thought

Thursday 2 January 2025

At Nottingham Contemporary

Price Free
Times 17:00 - 18:30

Come along to a casual and comfy reading group hosted by Caetano Capurro, a member of the Black Creatives Network and organiser of Free Minds poetry night.

In this session we will be reading from A Psalm from the World-Built, a solar punk novella by Becky Chambers, where we will ask ourselves “what do people need?” and uncover themes relating to our current exhibition.

Food for thought is a relaxed reading space - a place to snack, chat and socialise.

Texts will be shared during the session so there is no need to read ahead. If you would like to attend this session and have any concerns, please get in touch with Chan, our youth programmer via email at cfagan@nottinghamcontemporary.org and we’ll try our best to support you!
