Learn to Play Day - Nottingham Comhaltas

Join us at the Nottingham Irish Centre on Saturday 12th October, 13:00-15:00 for Learn to Play Day, part of the UK charity Music for All's flagship annual event. This free event aims to inspire new and lapsed musicians to engage with music-making. As part of this nationwide celebration, we'll be offering free taster sessions on tin whistle (which you can take home) and bodhran, as well as the opportunity to listen to or join in with a traditional Irish music session. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to improve, come along to try your hand at these instruments and experience the joy of Irish traditional music!

It's a perfect opportunity for all ages and abilities to get involved, make music, and be part of the local music community.
