Join us for a fun workshop where you'll create your own reverse colouring book from mixed materials including paint and playful objects
In this 90 minute workshop, you'll be led through the process of creating your own reverse colouring zine.
The first 30 minutes will be spent creating abstract images using a range of mark-making techniques and mixed materials, including paint, crayon, collage and playful objects including bubble wrap and toycars.
You'll then break for refreshments while your artwork dries, before then turning your artwork into a zine, and being shown how to use the zine as a reverse colouring book, finding images within the abstract and drawing what you see using pen and ink.
Suitable for all ages - children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
All materials will be provided.
This workshop will be delivered by Iggy Studios as part of Imara's Charity Art Auction, fundraising for services for Nottingham children and young people affected by sexual and domestic abuse.
Please register on Eventbrite to ensure your space on the workshop. We ask that you pay what you can, with a recommended donation of £15.
