The Park Estate
Join us for the Nottingham Park Garden Trail on Sunday 11 June 2023 for our 25th garden event. 1.00 - 6.00pm.
This event is a rare opportunity to explore many of the gardens and green spaces in the Park Estate, which would not normally be open to the public.
The estate was built mainly during the Victorian era and is an oasis of tree lined avenues with beautiful houses right next to the city centre. The landscape and architecture make it a unique place and set it apart from any other city.
Aside from the many private gardens you will be able to enjoy a variety of entertainment and activities, which include the ornate street lamps and letter boxes, the sandstone rocks, and tunnel with a glimpse into caves carved into the sandstone.
There are tea gardens, and an assortment of food and drink stalls, children’s activities in Newcastle Circus, found at the heart of the Park and lots of things to see and do throughout the route. You’ll be able to download a map or pick up a programme when you arrive at the event with full information, descriptions of the open gardens and details of the charities who we are raising money for alongside our generous sponsors.
All profits from the event will be given to charity.
