Business Development Plan Workshop
*This workshop is only available to businesses that have not previously received 12 hours or more of support from the Leadd:ng team.

Event Overview
Spend half a day with our expert Leadd:ng developer Elena. Elena is an Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham and has worked with creative and small business for many years to help boost growth and find innovative ways to develop a working business plan. You will create a business development plan for your business or artistic practice by working in small groups.
Workshop Breakdown
1. Mapping exercise of current activities and processes in an overarching business model
2. Designing/ envisioning a revamped version of the business model
3. Planning a strategy/ roadmap to change the business from the current to the envisioned model
After completion of the event, we will 3D print your very own company logo keyring (free of charge). *You will need to supply a vector drawing in order for us to create the 3d print. Only a limited amount available.

Eligibility
You will need to be a small to medium sized business (registered sole trader/artist/performer) based in Nottinghamshire or Derbyshire.
This workshop is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund 2014-2020. The workshop is classed as State Aid under De Minimis to participating businesses but is delivered completely free of charge.
