Located on Derby Road, its modern and quirky vibe makes for a great environment when tucking into your granola in the morning. If you're after something a little lighter on the stomach or even just a great refresher to add to your breakfast, they also sell clean juices and smoothies. We recommend trying the recovery smoothie, it's proper good.
Crimson Tree
If you're in the mood for a healthy brekkie that's on the fancier side, the Crimson Tree is the place to be. These breakfasts have got our mouths watering just thinking about 'em. With prices ranging from a measly £1.95 to £7.95, these breakfasts are an absolute steel considering their decadent ingredients. Tuck into the truffle and feta infused scrambled eggs served with prosciutto and avocado on toasted sourdough, or maybe you'll be more partial to the roast butternut squash, spinach and goats cheese omelette with sourdough.
Bar Iberico
The Spanish tapas restaurant doesn't disappoint when it comes to their main menu, but just you wait until you here about their breakfast scran. A place known by everyone in Notts for their sweet treats, but that also serves the most delicious healthy breakfasts. From smashed avocado and roast cherry tomatoes with a kick of chili on sourdough toast to the tip-top toasted granola, this central spot is a great place to grab some quick nosh in the morning. It's next to a gym, too, so you can even get your workout on straight afterwards.
