As Nottingham pubs, bars and restaurants start to re-open here's a list of places you can go to for al fresco food and drink from Monday 12 April onwards and whether you need to book in advance or not...
On Monday 12 April Nottingham pubs, bars and restaurants with outdoor areas are able to re-open, for the first time this year, for outdoor service only. This means that pub gardens and outdoor dining for restaurants can reopen. The Government’s rules are that everyone who visits will have to sign in (either by paper form or on the NHS's Test and Trace app) and groups are limited to six people or two households.
Some venues are encouraging you to book in advance to manage capacity. Some are going down the walk-ins only route. Those asking you to book in advance may ask for a booking fee, but this is usually used as a tab to be spent on food or drink at the venue. Most of the venues asking you to book in advance still might accept walk-ins at certain times if they have space, but it’s by no means guaranteed.
See the list below and click the links for more information. All bars are based in Nottingham city centre unless otherwise stated.
