Viggo Venn: British Comedian

Winner of Britain's Got Talent, comedian and clown Viggo Venn is on tour and coming to Nottingham Playhouse for a night of fun! Catch “World-class physical comedy" and "one of the most memorable characters since Mr Bean” according to BGT judge Bruno Tonioli, and expect gags, his winning hi-vis strip routine, a whole lot of fooling around on a tour that has been his “dream for so long”.

Celebrate Burns Night early with a Ceilidh in Beeston! Schuggies-Ceilidhs return to Nottingham to bring everyone together for a Scottish dance bonanza. If you love dancing but find the thought of hitting the d-floor daunting, Ceilidh is the perfectly imperfect one for you. Fun, laughter, dancing out of time with the music, probably having sore feet afterwards. It's not technical and half the fun is making mistakes.

Fabio & Grooverider and The Outlook Orchestra

Known as “The Godfathers of Drum & Bass”, DJs and heavyweights of the DNB genre for over thirty years, Fabio & Grooverider will present a very special score celebrating a history of jungle and drum & bass, alongside The Outlook Orchestra. The show will explore classic anthems in ways never before experienced; outstanding orchestral renditions of the scene’s most iconic and well-loved tracks. They will also be joined by a selection of special guest vocalists for each night, so expect something special in store for their Nottingham date.

Nottingham University Hospitals Pantomime Society presents Aladdin

Enjoy the magic, mischief and romance of Aladdin in this traditional family pantomime! Nottingham University Hospitals Pantomime Society, in various guises, has been putting on pantomimes for around forty years, aiming to provide affordable pantomime that also supports NHS staff and patients. The majority of cast, crew and band work within Nottingham University Hospitals.

The Hallé 90s Big Night Out

Blur or Oasis? Did a boy band rock your world or five girls with attitude spice up your life? Whatever the 1990s meant to you, it was a decade with great music and lots of fun. This January, the world famous Hallé Orchestra, joined by acclaimed West End singers, are here to take you on a journey through the 90s. They’ll be gracing the Royal Concert Hall stage with songs from Shania Twain to Take That to Whitney Houston. Filled with big hits and even bigger nostalgia, this will be a variety night to remember.
