LeftLion Presents
Get The Funk Out
@ The Malt Cross

Thanks to Fat Digestor, for bringing us a serious session of funk. There is no-one else in Nottingham quite like these guys! Big up yourselves!

Left of the Dealer have a talent and a crossover appeal. It can only be a matter of time before you guys get signed up!

CityPinx were great as well. Sweet, soulful and refreshing. With a few more gigs under their belts these ladies will go far.

Thanks to Pete and Russ for sorting out the sound. Yemi and Dave for the deck skills, Jamie for the wicked visuals and to everyone else who came along.

Next time around we will be bringing you something with more of a hiphop flavour. Friday 24th September. Acts to be confirmed....

We have a favour to ask

LeftLion is Nottingham’s meeting point for information about what’s going on in our city, from the established organisations to the grassroots. We want to keep what we do free to all to access, but increasingly we are relying on revenue from our readers to continue. Can you spare a few quid each month to support us?
