Five ways to spend yer weekend...
Matt Richardson: Imposter
When? Friday 13 March, 7.30pm
Where? Nonsuch Studios
What? Quality chuckles on a Friday night? Count us in. You’ll know Matt Richardson from his telly appearances on ITV2’s The Stand Up Sketch Show, Celebrity Juice, and Love Island: Aftersun, as well as Comedy Central’s Roast Battle. Oh, and he’s the host of the Red Bull Soapbox. So quite the little CV he’s got on him. He’ll be performing some proper good stand-up, that garnered him serious praise at Edinburgh Fringe Festival, right here in Nottingham. We could all use some cheering up at the moment, and Matt Richardson will definitely put a smile on your face.

Chaos in the CBD
When? Friday 13 March, 10pm
Where? Stealth
What? Ravers of the 90s, 00s, 10s and 20s (is that how it works?), get your neon fishnets and glitter on for a glorious night of techno brought to you by Chaos in the CBD. Kiwi duo Ben and Louis Helliker-Hales are bringing their unique brand of techno to Stealth once again. Having first played in 2013 and raised the roof on the Boiler Room, they’re back as their steady rise through the ranks continues. Expect solid grooves across the board, and bag a ticket while you can. Likely a sellout, and a night you won’t forget.

Print Fair
When? Friday 13 March - Sunday 15 March
Where? The Space at Nottingham Contemporary
What? It’s spring now (apparently), and if you’re into spring-cleaning and sprucing things up a bit, you’re gonna wanna get to this fair for some lovely designs. Over 30 stalls will be setting up shop, with illustrations, artworks, textiles and more all up for grabs. Our mates Dizzy Ink will also be there, with their screen-printing carousel where you can print your own tote bag for £8. Leicester Print Workshop will also give you the opportunity to make an original print using Letterpress and a traditional Adana press. We’re impressed with all of this for sure.
