Twenty three years after its original release, you can catch a screening of David Fincher’s iconic Fight Club at the Savoy this Monday. Hosted by The Loft Movie Theatre, there’s sure to be a community feel for all you film buffs. In an ongoing series of bringing cult and classic films to the big screen, this is a one off screening.

Formed in Brighton, Yonaka are an English Rock band made up of Theresa Jarvis, George Edwards and Alex Crosby. Known for their heavy riffs and dark pop sound, the band rose to prominence after touring with Bring Me The Horizon in 2018. Now they’re celebrating their powerful new release Seize the Power. A personal favourite for this writer, they’re worth seeing.

We love a Nottingham based project, and Redt’Blue is exactly that. Telling the story of Mansfield, Redt’Blue follows the ex coal mining town that abandoned its labour heritage in 2017, becoming a conservative majority. Filmmaker Jay Martin asks why and how this happened. Premiering this Saturday, you can watch the full award winning documentary at Broadway Cinema.
