Castle Rock have a busy week, it turns out. Nottingham Global Roots Present More Fyah – Temperature Rising!

If you can believe it, it’s the Nottingham Playhouse once again! Celebrating music from Jamaica and West Africa, the Global Roots Festival is back in the city this weekend, bringing a performance from Reggae legends Lloyd Brown & The Riddimworks Band, as well as Senegalese Baye Fall artists Batch Gueye Band and Nottingham’s own Kaira Kafo, who will offer an exciting fusion of music and dance inspired by West Africa.
